• Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye cover

  • For private one-on-one sessions, I can provide everything you need, but you are invited to bring your own if it makes you more comfortable

  • Water and lip balm are nice to have on hand

  • Be mindful about consuming alcohol or mind altering substances prior to session, as it can dull or limit the experience

  • Wear comfortable clothes

  • Bring a journal if you would like, for your personal insights and integration 

  • Try not to eat a big meal 2-3 hours beforehand

  • Trust and relax
