• Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye cover

  • Water and lip balm are nice to have on hand

  • Be mindful about consuming alcohol or mind altering substances prior to session, as it can dull or limit the experience

  • Wear comfortable clothes

  • Bring a journal if you would like, for your personal insights and integration 

  • Try not to eat a big meal 2-3 hours beforehand

  • Trust and relax

In addition, for Virtual Sessions:

  • Please set up your space - again I recommend a yoga mat, pillow, blanket(s), water, and eye cover. Lying on a bed is fine, just don't get too comfy so you don't immediately fall asleep. 

  • Ensure your privacy and that you won't be interrupted by people or pets.  Silence your devices, including any vibration. 

  • Crystals, palo santo, incense, or anything you like to use to set your space are encouraged.

  • Headphones are recommended, to improve the quality of the sound and be more immersed in the experience. I will be playing music through zoom.  A good speaker works as well.    

  • I ask that you please keep your camera on, so that I can observe you during the practice and cue accordingly.
