AMOR - retreat into love

AMOR - the word for love in both Spanish and Portuguese, and the root of many expressions of love across languages and cultures. While February is often shaped by commercial narratives around love, I choose to focus on love's deeper, more personal and spiritual essence.

For this retreat, I dedicate space to all forms of love - especially self-love and conscious love. I invite you to join me for a nourishing weekend retreat devoted to healing, restoration, and connection.

Our time together will be anchored by daily conscious breathwork journeys, and complemented by supportive practices designed to open the heart and spirit. In many traditions, the heart is seen as the seat of transformation and unconditional love - both toward ourselves and in relationship with others. Through breathwork, we’ll gently explore and release any blockages that may be limiting the flow of love in our lives.

Together in community, we’ll follow a thoughtfully curated flow of activities, allowing for deep introspection, sacred rest, and plenty of time spent in the healing waters of the mineral-rich hot springs.

This marks the fourth year of offering this retreat, and I’m truly excited to share even more with you this time around. Whether it's your first time or you're back for more, I promise an expansive, love filled weekend.

Sound Journey: Soundularity

Tommy is a professional musician turned sound healer. With almost 20 years of experience, his approach blends live music, real-time musical dreamscapes with traditional healing techniques. He combines instruments and dreamy electronic soundscapes tuned to 432HZ. Using singing bowls, synthesizers, Native American flutes, and more. It is an immersive stimulation of brainwaves, promoting deep relaxation.

The Host

I, Claudia Nanino, am a master breathwork facilitator, crystal curator, and an explorer of non-ordinary states of consciousness. I've led thousands of breathwork journeys and never cease to be amazed by the power of this modality and the type of people it attracts: fellow seekers and self healers (you). I've been deeply focused on healing my heart and am eager to share the knowledge and practices that have benefitted me.

Joyful Journey Hot Springs

Joyful Journey is a beautiful boutique hot springs resort with outdoor pools facing the Sangre de Cristo mountains. It is the perfect space to unplug and explore new levels of heart healing and spiritual evolution. Whether you are single, or partnered, you will find new depths of your heart, which will benefit all relationships in your life.

Time/Place

When: 4 PM on Friday February 27, 2026 to 2 PM on Sunday March 1, 2026 (3 days, 2 nights total), with the option to stay and enjoy the hot springs until 9:50 PM on Sunday.
Where: Joyful Journey Hot Springs, Moffat, CO - approximately 2.5 hours from Denver

All meals included. Joyful Journey provides breakfast, lunch, and a light dinner (with vegan and GF options), I will provide snacks (vegetarian and GF, please let me know if you need something different). If you have additional dietary needs or severe intolerances, please check in with me before registering.
The accommodations range from yurt to hotel (RV parking also available - please email me). Sharing accommodations brings down your overall cost so please consider sharing rooms if that calls to you.

I will provide a separate contract / waiver that requires your signature to confirm your booking.
Custom payment plans available. Use "PAYPLAN" to waive the cost and I'll create a recurring invoice. Must be paid in full by 1/15/26.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made with more than 90 days notice will receive a 75% refund of retreat and accommodation costs paid. Cancellations made with 31-90 days notice will receive a credit worth 50% of retreat and accommodation costs paid applicable towards any of my offerings. Cancellations made with 30 or less days notice, will receive no refund or credit.
