Introduction to Breathwork - 2 min.

Breathwork is a powerful tool for each and every body. It provides healing on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level and can be accessed in any moment. I welcome you to begin your journey with your own breath right here, right now.

Box Breathing - 5 min.

This technique is simple with immediate effects. Box Breathing helps calm your nervous system moving you from a state of fight or flight to one of relaxation and ease.

5 Finger & Flower Breath - 6 min.

Both of these breath techniques are wonderful for mindfulness, being present in the body, calming the mind and are great for kids!

Viloma Breath - 5 min.

Excellent for bringing in energy and clarity if done at a slightly faster pace or use a slower pace to bring in calm and relax the nervous system.

Three Parts Breath - 5 min. 

A simple exercise to help regulate your nervous system, release stress, and breathe in calm

Meditation for Anxiety - 20 min.
